Returns & Refunds
- You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing info@thedermajoie.com with your order number, product name, and a clear photo of the item. We will review your request and provide a confirmation if eligible.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition received.
- Return shipping costs are not covered by DermaJoie and will be at your expense.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refunded amount will be added as a credit to your DermaJoie account. You can use this credit on your next order, and it will be automatically deducted from your total.
- Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- To request an exchange, email us at info@thedermajoie.com with details and a photo of the item.
- Once confirmed, you may ship the item back to us at your expense.
Additional Notes
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened personal care items for hygiene reasons.
